It is truly amazing how 365 days can make a difference in the communities we serve. Tucked within 40 pages of this report is an opportunity to see firsthand our annual commitment to making the impossible possible, along with rethinking the fundamentals of how to provide the finest affordable housing communities in America. Indeed, we are building bridges, and HCHA’s 2009 accomplishments reflect what a committed team can deliver. Our success model relies on the day-to-day, hour-to-hour, systematic harmonization between our staff, community partners, stakeholders and our clients. We have seen firsthand how working together has propelled HCHA toward national prominence as a “bridge building” agency capable of rapid change and innovation.
