Housing Discrimination Complaint

Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disability. If you have been trying to buy or rent a home or apartment and you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a fair housing complaint.

You can print out the HUD 903 form, complete it, and drop it off at your local HUD office.

OIG Hotline

What does the OIG Hotline do? They take reports of fraud, waste, abuse, and serious mismanagement in HUD-funded programs and operations and refer such allegations to OIG investigators and auditors, or to HUD program officials to ensure that allegations of wrongdoing are independently addressed.
